Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lex Tire LLC, we strive to provide quality products, professional service, and great customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for products and services purchased from Lex Tire.

1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once products are installed or services are completed. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or specifically stated in writing by Lex Tire LLC.

2. Tires & Automotive Products
Due to safety and usage reasons, most installed tires and automotive products are non-returnable and non-refundable once driven on, mounted, or used.

A product may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

It has not been installed
It has not been driven on or used
It is in original condition

Any eligible return may be subject to restocking fees.

3. Services Performed (Labor)
Service and labor charges are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with work performed by Lex Tire, please contact us and we will inspect the vehicle. If determined to be related to workmanship, Lex Tire will address the issue in accordance with any applicable warranty provided at the time of service.

4. Defective Products or Manufacturer Warranty
If a product is believed to be defective:

The product may be subject to inspection
Manufacturer warranty terms may apply
Replacement decisions follow manufacturer guidelines

Manufacturer warranties are handled according to the manufacturer’s policies and are not controlled by Lex Tire.

5. Incorrect Product / Order Issues
If Lex Tire installs the wrong product due to our error, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. If incorrect product information was provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

6. Used Tires Policy
Used tires are sold as-is, with no guarantees or warranties unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds or exchanges on used tires.

7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe, depending on bank or payment processor timelines.
